2011-2012 Statement of Tuition, Fees and Payment Plans
Registration Fee This fee is $200.00 per student ($150.00 for K4 and 1/2 day K5) to be submitted with a re-enrollment form or new student application. This fee is nonrefundable. No new student application will be processed unless the registration fee is attached.

Partial Year Enrollees Students enrolling after the start of school (or after the start of the second semester) will be charged 10% of the annualized tuition (net of appropriate discounts) for each month the student is projected to be enrolled. No partial month calculations will be made. Partial year enrollees may pay the tuition monthly as described below.
Discounts The discount for two children is 10% per student and for three or more children it is 15% for each student. There is a 25% discount for the dependents(s) (as defined by the IRS Code) of parents who are employed full-time in a Christian ministry. The maximum discount under any circumstance is 25%.
Book/Technology and Supply Fee This fee is due August 1, 2011.

Monthly Payment Plan For those electing the automatic withdrawal option, 11 withdrawals will be made starting July 1 through May 1. A voided check and Automatic Withdrawal Authorization Form must be submitted with the enrollment paperwork. A non-sufficient-funds (NSF) fee of $20.00 will be assessed for any withdrawal that fails to clear the bank.
In order to coordinate the initial automatic withdrawal with your banking institution, all paperwork must be received by GCA prior to the 25th of the preceding month. Requests received between the 25th of the month and month end must be accompanied with a check for one month’s payment and the automatic withdrawal will go into effect the following month.
For those preferring to pay with cash or check, the first month’s tuition is due by July 1, 2011. The next payment is due August 1, and the last payment is due May 1. Tuition should be paid on or before the 1st of each month. A $15.00 late fee is due if received after the 10th. Also, if a check is returned NSF, a $20.00 NSF fee will be assessed.
Annual and Semi-Annual Payment Plans A 3.5% discount will be given for the annual plan (payment due by July 1) and a 2% discount will be given for the semi-annual plan (payments due July 1 and December 1). The amounts due are as follows (unless other discounts apply):

International Students $7,200 Enrollment, $3,000 Tutoring/Extra Classes, and $5,300 Administration/International fee for a total of $15,500.
